Shipping Information

 

Standard shipping is USPS parcel post or FEDEX.  Insurance will be included in your shipping to cover the cost of any accidental damage in shipping.  However each piece is carefully wrapped.  My shipping prices account for not only the shipping but also my expenses for packing materials and time.  If you order pieces for wholesale I will charge an 8% packing and handling fee.

If shipping to another country contact me for shipping price.  Overseas orders will be shipped through the US post office Parcel Post with out insurance. If you want your purchase insured contact me for extra fee.

I am not responsible for orders that have been shipped and not delivered. If you would like extra services added to the shipping contact me upon the order.

My work is made to order so it takes 2-3 weeks to make and ship the pieces.  Please contact me with questions about timing and inventory.

 

Easy Returns & Exchanges

 

If an item reaches you in a damaged condition, I will gladly exchange it for a replacement for a similar item of equal value. Please notify me within 3 business days of receipt if you receive a damaged item and ship it back to the studio. Be sure to keep the packing materials so the shipping company can assume damage costs.  Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

I do my best to accurately depict and describe the items in my shop and I ask that you keep in mind that all items are made by hand and by nature have imperfections and variations. If you are unhappy with the items that you receive, please contact me and we will work together to resolve the issue. I want you to have a pleasant experience!

In the event of a return or exchange, shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and non-refundable.
